No Liability for Funds

We are not involved in the collection, disbursement, or holding of funds on behalf of any party. Any disputes related to payments, including fraud, failed settlements, or chargebacks, must be handled directly between the merchant, payment provider, and the customer.

As a result, we do not assume responsibility for financial losses or errors in transaction processing. Merchants are expected to have their own arrangements and agreements in place with payment providers and relevant banks.

Use of Platform

Merchants must ensure that their use of the platform complies with local and international laws, including payment regulations, anti money laundering requirements, and business conduct rules. Any misuse of the system may result in suspension or termination of access to our services.

We reserve the right to review activity on the platform and act where necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, or illegal use. This helps protect all users of the system and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

Commission and Fees

Our services are subject to a commission fee as agreed during onboarding or outlined in a separate agreement. These fees cover the use of our orchestration platform, technology services, and infrastructure.

By continuing to use the services, merchants agree to pay all applicable charges and accept any changes to pricing that are communicated in advance. Payment terms and invoicing procedures will follow the service agreement terms.

Intellectual Property

All platform content including the website design, software, user interface elements, logos, and documentation is the exclusive intellectual property of the company. This material is protected under copyright and trademark laws.
